Do non-peak hour rates apply to all membership tiers?
Yes, our non-peak hour price applies to both our basic and gold membership tier!
Non-peak hour only applies on the weekdays from 12pm – 4pm.
Is equipment included for regular court booking?
The listed price covers court rental only, equipment is not included.
If you need to rent rackets or balls, simply approach our staff at the counter for assistance.

Do you guys rent sports equipment ?
Yes we do!
Here is our sports racket rental rate:
Pickleball:
Racket rental is $6 per hour.
Ball (set of 3) is $3 per hour.
Padel:
Racket rental is $10 (up to 90min)
Racket rental is $13 (for 120mins)
Padel ball is $10-12 for sale per can.
Tennis:
Racket rental is $10 per hour
Are equipment rentals included in the lesson price, or do I need to bring my own?
Equipment is included in the lesson price. You’re welcome to bring your own gear, but don’t worry if you don’t have a racket — it’s provided as part of the lesson.
What is the difference between Social Pickleball and Introductory Pickleball Class
Social Pickleball:
Is open to all skill levels and focuses on fun, friendly games and meeting new people.
Introductory Pickleball Lesson:
Is a beginner class with a coach, ideal for those learning the basics before joining open play
What is the cancellation Policy for lessons and coachng
For 1-on-1, pair, or group lessons, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the lesson if you wish to cancel. We will assist you with rescheduling your lesson or processing a refund. (Note: For bundled lessons, only rescheduling is permitted.)

Will there be refund for last min cancellations?
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson.

What happens if it rain on the day of the event?
If weather conditions force a cancellation of a lesson, you will be notified at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time. The session will either be rescheduled or, if rescheduling is not possible, refunded. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We can also offer credits as refunds.

Are there any drinks at the site?
We offer a selection of drinks in our fridge at the resting area, including mineral water and energy drinks.
For larger groups, you can choose from our Drink Packages A & B, designed to suit different needs.
Payments can be made via PayNow QR code or directly at the counter.
