MBP Sports – Cancellation Policy

Court Bookings (Including Open Matches)

• Rescheduling:
  You may reschedule your court bookings up to 48 hours without penalty and 24 hours with a 50% penalty before your scheduled start time.

• Refunds:
  If you cancel your booking 48 hours before your booked time, you will receive a 100% refund in the form of a credit added to your account for the equivalent amount of the booking fee.If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before your booking, you will receive a 50% refund in the form of your credit. Please note that cash refunds are not available.

• Late Cancellations:
  No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

• Cancellation by MBP Sports:
  MBP Sports reserves the right to cancel any booking, at its sole discretion, due to health and safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to either reschedule your booking or issue a refund.

Lessons (Beginner, 1-on-1, Pair, or Group)

• Beginner Lessons:
  Beginner lessons will be confirmed 48 hours before the scheduled start time, provided that at least four participants have registered. If fewer than four slots are filled by then, the lesson will be cancelled and a refund will be credited to your account.

• Cancellations:
  For 1-on-1, pair, or group lessons, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the lesson if you wish to cancel. We will assist you with rescheduling your lesson or processing a refund. (Note: For bundled lessons, only rescheduling is permitted.)

• Late Cancellations:
  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson.

Inclement Weather

• For Court Bookings:
  If inclement weather affects your booking, please contact the facility within 1 hour of your scheduled start time to arrange a “rain-reschedule.” We will do our best to accommodate your preferred timing, subject to availability. We can also offer credits as refunds.

• For Lessons:
  If weather conditions force a cancellation of a lesson, you will be notified at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time. The session will either be rescheduled or, if rescheduling is not possible, refunded. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We can also offer credits as refunds.

• Additional Note:
  If play exceeds 15 minutes, a minimum of 30 minutes will be charged. After that, time is rounded up in 15-minute increments to the next billing block (e.g., over 45 minutes = 1 hour charge, over 75 minutes = 1.5 hours charge, etc.).
