PUMP TENNIS
Fitness is a very broad term and is specific to each task. At MBPSPORTS design and link all Fitness to tennis.
On Site we have has a number of parameters to be considered. Pump Tennis is an interactive tennis training drill that lifts the heart rate and correctly practices fundamentals. Designed by a Master Tennis Coach with a strong fitness background of over 30 years, this program WILL improve your fitness AND TENNIS FUNDAMENTALS.
This customized workout was developed to meet a large market demand that was not responsibly catered to in the international market place.
PUMPTENNIS was designed to allow the coach to teach funamentals in a group setting while improving indidual fitness levels all within the same activity.
The benefits of this activity include:
- an opportunity to refine on a number of improtant base fundamentals;
- an ability to improve specific fitness relative to tennis;
- a platform to better understand, refine and improve individual focus mental interventions to improve performance;
